Oliver Delgado was born in El Salvador. He had his first exhibition at the University of El Salvador in 1992. Since then, he had exhibited his work in El Salvador, and Canada. Oliver emigrated to Canada in 1993, where after refining his English, he enrolled at the University of British Columbia. He obtained his Bachelor in Fine Arts, and a Bachelor of Education. He is currently a highschool educator for the Vancouver School Board.
